Escape to Paradise – 3-BR Oceanview Villa with Private Sand Terrace and Mountain Views
3 bedrooms with ocean view, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, 2 open air living areas and 1 private beach terrace with daybed and sun beds. Total house represent roughly 250 sqm with the additional private sand terrace of 50 sqm. On first floor is the kitchen (equipped with basics), dining table, cozy open air living area with built-in sofas and wooden deck overlooking the ocean.
For convenience, coming back from the beach or surfing, we also have a guest shower (cold water) with toilet on the same floor. Upstairs is featuring a large wooden veranda with Balinese style sofas and a chill out daybed. From this area you can enjoy a spectacular view over the ocean and the Bali volcano's stripe (Mount Agung, Batukaru, Kintamani).
The Ocean view Master bedroom has a king size bed, Air condition, little desk, wardrobe, safety box, and en-suite bathroom, hot shower and toilet. The other 2 Bedrooms have a large bed, Air condition, Wardrobe, safety box, and en-suite bathrooms, hot shower and toilet.
To reach the house, from the cliff top parking, you have to walk down a narrow path, about 7 min walk with many stairs at some parts. It will be a 7 minutes of steep descent to this secluded place. It worth the effort!

No visitors are allowed at the villa
Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9PM.
We love good vibes and music, but please respect our noise policy: no large speakers or DJ equipment are permitted. You’re welcome to use a small Bluetooth speaker for soft background music, provided it’s not audible beyond the property.
