One of the spacious living/dining area is opened on a lush tropical garden and large private pool with an amazing rice field view. The other one is more spacious for gatherings while overlooking the back garden and second swimming pool. The Alea Estate team is dedicated to meeting your every need, including the preparation of mouth-watering meals by our skilled chefs and available to you daily !
Located only 10-minute drive from Seminyak which features lots of restaurants, bars and shopping boutiques. The beautiful beaches of Kuta / Seminyak / Canggu are located 15 minutes only from the property.

Events with attendance >150% of villa capacity need approval. Functions may be allowed with an extra Banjar (local guard) fee.
No visitors are allowed at the villa
Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9PM.
We love good vibes and music, but please respect our noise policy: no large speakers or DJ equipment are permitted. You’re welcome to use a small Bluetooth speaker for soft background music, provided it’s not audible beyond the property.
